In a cozy bathtub lived a family of four rubber ducks. The mother, Sparkle, was a sparkly-sassy duck who always shined bright and loved to dance on the water's surface. Father Quill, the wise and prepared duck, always had a plan and a kind word of advice. Their eldest, Quester, was an inquisitive and passionate girl, always asking questions and diving deep to explore the tub's depths. The youngest, Giggles, was a goofy, quiet duck who loved making everyone laugh with his silly antics. One bubbly morning, Sparkle declared, “Let’s have a quacking adventure to the far end of the tub!” Quill, ever the planner, had packed a tiny backpack with floaties, snacks, and a tiny rubber map. The family had a bubble fight, with Sparkle twirling and Quill getting hilariously stuck in a soap ring. Quester discovered a “treasure” of bath beads, which she declared to be magical pearls. Giggles tried to juggle them but ended up making everyone slip and slide in a fit of laughter.

It was a crisp October day, I woke up to the other dogs whining as the shelter workers let us all out of our kennels. Yes! Freedom! I ran so fast to the playroom to play with my friends! Today was going to be a big day - I can feel it! I played for hours and hours, until I had to have a nap. After lunch I saw two humans walk in and sit on the floor. Everyone crowded around them, jumping on them. Get yourself together guys I thought. I quietly walked over and sat by the mans huge feet. I knew the drill, people visited us all the time and had a few cuddles. As I sat watching the commotion of Simba getting silly all over this ladies lap. The lady stood up and talked with a shelter worker, she came back and said "I'm going to be your new Mom" and I thought "Mom?." Kala's grandfather was on the television show person of interest. Kala completed her basic and advanced obedience training from 6 months to 15 months old. Kala completed tasks specific training for her Army Veteran Tim who has PTSD. Kala completed her specific task training around 2 years old. Kala completed her specific task training through Custom Canines Service Dog Academy. Kala passed both the K9 good citizen and public access test. Kala wears a vest that is visible to people so they know she is a service dog. Kala lives in Wisconsin. Kala loves to play frisbee and swim during her downtime or taking a break. Kala loves children but when she is working she has a vest that says do not pet. Kala goes everywhere with Tim even to Disney World. Kala has traveled on planes many times. Kala sometimes has to wear shoes is the ground is to cold or to hot. The same for wearing a jacket if the weather is rainy or frigid. Kala helps Tim everyday with his PTSD with specific ticks Tim has. The Belgian malinois is one of the smartest breeds. Belgian Malinois want to work all the time. Belgian malinois are agile and fast. Belgian Malinois are fast learners and pick up on learning new tasks very quickly.

One day there was this kid named Xayden. Xayden went to the park one day and wanted to shoot some basketball. There was one issue though, he wasn’t very good at basketball. In fact Xayden wasn’t good at all. Some other guys saw him missing and started laughing at him. They made fun of him and started calling him names. When they left, a kid named Blaise went over to Xayden and asked him if he wanted help to get better at basketball. Xayden was lit up with joy and immediately said yes! Xayden did some drills with Blaise and started making his shots. After working with Blaise almost every shot seemed to go Xaydens way. The next day, the same guys that were making fun of Xayden came back to the park. Xayden wanted to show them how good he was, so he asked them if they wanted to play a game. Xayden was obliterating them , doing behind the back, in between the legs, shooting threes, layups, and making all of them! Xayden and Blaise ended up winning and one of the guys even ran away. The other guy couldn’t except defeat and said “ Well…well… I’m still better than you!”. Xayden became a great basketball player.
