But one day, a little boy said, “Lora, can you paint me a pair of wings? I want to fly!” Lora thought for a moment. “It’s fun to paint magical things, but we should also appreciate what we have.” Instead of painting wings, Lora painted a giant kite. The boy held the kite’s string, and together they ran through the field, laughing as the kite soared high into the sky.
