Seven year old Riley is becoming a big sister. After her mom gives birth though, Riley notices changes in her mom. Her mom is more tired, cries more often, and has a shorter temper with Riley and her dad. Her dad tells her her mom has postpartum depression and that they need to support her right now. Riley chips in more with household chores. Her mom goes to the doctor, gets on medication, starts therapy, and joins a support group. Months goes by and Riley notices her mom getting better. Finally one day, her mom asks if she wants to have a girl's day. They bake cookies and go to the park. Riley is glad to have her mom back

Page 4 But Osh shook his head and sat on the floor. Page 5 Frustrated, XL spanked Osh. Page 6 Osh cried as he left for school, feeling hurt. Page 7 All day, XL felt sad and missed Osh's smile. Page 8 She thought, "I shouldn't have been so quick to anger." Page 9 After school, Osh came home quietly. Page 10 XL knelt down. "I'm sorry, Osh," she said softly. Page 11 Osh hugged her tight. "I forgive you, Mom. I'll do better at getting ready in the morning. I love you." Page 12 They smiled, their hearts filled with love again.

"Too fast!" he notes, adding more curves for safety. Page 8: Ish sets up her game, making sure the rings fit just right. "It's all about the right size," she explains. Page 9: XL helps them price tickets for games, teaching them about money and value. "Each ticket is a chance to win!" she says. Page 10: They invite friends and neighbors. "Welcome to Osh and Ish's Carnival!" they announce, opening the gates. Page 11: Everyone enjoys the games. Kids laugh as they try to navigate Osh's roller coaster. "This is so cool!" they cheer. Page 12: Ish's game is a hit, with kids trying to win small prizes. "You're a game designer now!" XL praises her. Page 13: As the day winds down, they count their "profits" - in fun and laughter. One day the library media center had an unwelcomed visitor. This visitor was not an ordinary human. This visitor was not even human at all. It was from Mars. It was Martian. And it was a fly. Not a little fly that we see buzzing around out doors at picnics trying to land on juicy watermelons. But a huge fly. Almost bigger than the hand of a Pre K student. This fly was from Mars and it loved to read books. So, one day when the door to the library media center was left open by a student, this Martian fly flew right in. He was in fly heaven. He went from book to book and read how to live on Earth. What to eat to not make his belly hurt. And how to avoid humans. He was having the time of his life. Until one day, he made a big mistake. The media specialist and her assistant Miss Bee and Miss Crystal saw him in the nonfiction section. They didn't know that he was an alien. They assumed he was a mutated fly that was so big that he might bite one of their students. No matter how hard they tried they were unable to catch the fly. Soon, they gave up because they had a job to do and that was to make sure all students could come in and check out great books to read as well as help students with their Chromebooks. So Miss Bee decided to trap the fly in another room so no student could be harm by the fearsome creature.

Plot: One night, the moonlight disappears, and the forest is plunged into darkness. The animals are scared and confused. Kancil discovers that the mischievous Firefly Gang has captured the moonlight in a giant jar to make their glow brighter. Kancil must use his wit to trick the fireflies into releasing the moonlight. Suspense: Kancil has to sneak into the Firefly Gang’s tree hideout and convince them that sharing the moonlight will make everyone happier. Moral: Sharing and cooperation bring greater happiness than selfishness. Visuals: A magical nighttime forest with glowing fireflies, a glowing jar of moonlight, and Kancil sneaking through the shadows with a mischievous grin.

Imoni sat on the couch, her fingers poking at her mouth. “Daddy, my tooth is wiggly!” she said, Her daddy, Arthur, smiled and knelt beside her. “That’s exciting, sweetheart!  Let me see.” Imoni opened her mouth wide, and Daddy gently touched the tooth. “Yup, it’s ready to come out soon. When the time is right, we’ll take care of it together.”  “Daddy, my tooth feels so loose now!” Arthur looked at her and said, “I think it’s time to  help that tooth come out. Can you get me a piece of string from the drawer?” Imoni’s eyes grew wide. “String? What for?” “We’ll tie it to your tooth and give it a quick pull.” Arthur explained gently. Imoni hesitated. “But what if it hurts, Daddy?  Arthur knelt down to her level. “I know you’re scared, sweetheart. But trust me, I’ll be gentle, and it’ll only take a second. You’re so brave, and I’ll be right here with you.” Imoni looked into her daddy’s kind eyes. She took a deep breath and nodded. “Okay, Daddy. I trust you.” Arthur carefully tied the string around Imoni’s loose tooth. “Ready, sweetheart?” he asked. Imoni squeezed her eyes shut and held her daddy’s hand. “Ready,” she whispered. “On the count of three,” Arthur said. “One… two…” Before he got to three, he gave a quick tug, and the tooth popped right out! Imoni opened her eyes. “Wait… is it out?” Arthur held up the tiny tooth. “It’s out! You did it, Imoni!” Imoni touched the gap in her mouth and smiled. “It didn’t even hurt!” she said, giggling. “I told you,” Arthur said, hugging her. “Sometimes, trusting someone makes all the difference. "That night, Imoni placed her tiny tooth under her pillow and climbed into bed. She felt proud and brave. Arthur kissed her forehead. “Goodnight, my brave girl. I’m so proud of you.”

It took nearly two years to return to normal life, which unfortunately meant she couldn’t attend the engineering college she had hoped for. Disappointment weighed heavily, but she heeded her father’s advice. She pursued her graduation in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and secured the second-highest rank in college. Later, she completed her master’s and married, relocating to Pune. There, she joined L&T Infotech.
