Unable to calm her mind, she lay awake. Then her brother quietly entered her room. Seeing the dark circles under her eyes, he smiled gently and said, “Ece, let me share a relaxation technique I love.” “Imagine you are camping in a secret forest only you can discover. Visualize yourself slowly walking among the trees, hearing the sounds of nature. Take deep breaths and let your mind wander in this forest.” Ece decided to give it a try. She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and imagined the woods her brother described. Instantly, she found herself under the shadow of lush trees, feeling a relaxed breeze on her face. Birds tweeted, and a babbling brook helped her soul. Walking in this forest, the rustle of leaves and the scent of rain filled her senses. This nightly "camping" became Ece’s favorite ritual. Her mind calmed, and she drifted off to sleep within minutes. Mornings brought her new focus, and soon, she not only managed her exam stress but also found herself more attentive in class. Yaya mula membuat kuih bulan berpandukan resipi yang diberikan oleh rakannya itu. Setelah siap, Yaya menghidangkan kuih bulan tersebut kepada kakaknya yang sedang sarat mengandung. "Wah, sedaplah kuih bulan ini! Terima kasih. Yaya. Pandai Yaya membuatnya. Nanti kakak akan memuat naik gambar kuih bulan ini ke laman sosial. Kakak hendak tunjukkannya kepada rakan-rakan kakak," kata Shima kepada Yaya. Pada keesokan harinya, rakan-rakan kakaknya datang ke rumah. Sekali lagi Yaya menghidangkan kuih bulan kepada tetamunya. Yaya berasa bangga setelah dipuji oleh mereka. Sebelum pulang, beberapa orang tetamunya telah menempah kuih bulan daripadanya. Dari situlah, perusahaan kuih bulan miliknya bermula. Tidak lama kemudian, kuih bulan buatannya tular di media sosial. Akhimya, perusahaannya mula berkembang dan mempunyai beberapa buah cawangan kedai menjual kuih bulan. Drippy felt the heat and began to rise into the air, turning into a tiny water vapor. Drippy was starting a big adventure! Drippy joined other tiny drops of water to form a cloud. The clouds were fluffy and soft, and Drippy was excited to be part of something so big. In the cloud, Drippy made new friends with other water drops. They danced around in the wind, having so much fun! But soon, Drippy noticed the cloud getting darker and heavier. It was starting to feel crowded with so many drops of water. One day, the cloud couldn’t hold all the water drops any longer. After the rain stopped, Drippy felt the ground begin to shake. The puddle it landed in started to flow toward a stream. Part 6: Into the Ocean! The stream grew bigger and bigger, merging with other rivers until it finally reached the vast ocean. Drippy was amazed by how big and blue the ocean looked. It spread out as far as the eye could see! Drippy had never imagined such a large body of water. Now, Drippy was a part of the ocean, and there was so much more to explore. One warm day, the sun’s heat started to warm up the ocean. Drippy felt light again and began to rise, just like before.
