MONITORING SLEEP THERAPY

With myAir, you can effortlessly view your daily sleep therapy information to assess your progress. A quick login reveals your nightly myAir score, giving you an instant overview of your sleep quality while using the therapy. Comprehensive metrics allow you to monitor your progress over time, and you can even download a therapy summary report for your records or to share with your healthcare provider.

GUIDANCE FOR SETUP

Your therapy setup can be done at home or in person, and myAir is here to make that process straightforward and reassuring. The Personal Therapy Assistant* feature offers voice-guided directions to assist you in setting up your equipment and fitting your mask. Additionally, the Test Drive* feature allows you to familiarize yourself with using your machine at varying air pressure levels. The app also contains a collection of informative videos and guides that demonstrate how to set up your specific AirSense or AirCurve machine along with your ResMed mask, as well as tips on how to adapt to your therapy.

TAILORED ASSISTANCE

Adjusting to therapy may require some time, but with adequate support, you can look forward to better sleep. Acting as your personal sleep coach, myAir guides you through your therapy journey and connects you to necessary support whenever you need it.

myAir provides personalized coaching, helpful suggestions, and instructional videos to enhance your comfort and overall success. For instance, if issues arise with your mask seal, myAir will offer valuable solutions on how to address those problems. The app also features an extensive library of videos and guides designed to answer frequently asked questions.

As you progress, you'll receive email and push notifications that offer encouragement and assistance. With timely check-ins*, myAir proactively inquires about your therapy experience and extends coaching if needed. With your prior consent, it can also share your therapy insights with your healthcare team* for improved care coordination.
